This class combines movements such as punching, jumping, kicking, knee-raises, blocks, elbow strikes, jumping jacks, jabs, push-ups, shuffles, squat jumps, hamstring curls, leg raises, and defensive moves. You control how hard you want to work out. You will Build Your Own Body.
What to bring to class: Energy and Water!
